Stella McCartney heeft haar debuut tenniscollectie voor Adidas gelanceerd, net op tijd voor de aanvang van jaarlijkste Wimbledon toernooi. En wie anders dan de tenniskampioenen van dit moment om model te staan voor Stella McCartney's nieuwste collectie voor atleten.
De Adidas Barricade spring/summer 2013 collectie combineert Adidas' high-end technologiën met het onovertreffelijke gevoel voor stijl in sportkleding van de ontwerpster, wat resulteert in praktische, professionele en oogstrelende sport designs. "Tennis is one of the sport disciplines that I design that can really house feminine styles with high performance," vertelt Stella McCartney. "We achieve this in our use of colour and cut as well as using all the latest technology. I am really proud to work with these incredible athletes to launch the collection."
We zien Britse tenniskampioene Laura Robson, Caroline Wozniacki uit Denemarken en Maria Kirilenko uit Rusland in de campagne van de splinternieuwe kledinglijn. De dames staan niet alleen model, maar ze zullen ook de ontwerpen dragen tijdens het Wimbledon toernooi 2013.
