Girls actrice en bedenker Lena Dunham geeft zich bloot voor Nylon Magazine

Als het op body positivity aankomt is Lena Dunham de juiste persoon. Ze is fel tegen het gebruik van photoshop en verscheen dan ook al zonder photoshop en met striae op de cover van Glamour. Nu doet de Girls actrice doet nog een keer dunnetjes over voor Nylon Magazine. 

Lena is hét gezicht van de februari editie van het tijdschrift en is hiervoor dan ook uitgebreid op de foto gezet. Op de beelden zien we de 30-jarige in een aantal opvallende poses en draagt ze onder andere een bikini waarmee ze laat zien hoe comfortabel ze met haar figuur is.

Op haar Instagram account laat de actrice ook nog een keer merken hoe blij ze is met de fotoshoot en haar lijf. "For the first time in my career, posing for pictures feels honest and joyful Maybe that's being 30. Maybe that's demanding to be seen for who I am, teensy stomach moles on pale rounded stomach and all" is slechts één van de vele positieve teksten die ze geplaatst heeft.

Lena probeert met haar fotoshoot één belangrijke boodschap over te brengen, namelijk dat je niet te veel van anderen moet aantrekken en als het aan ons ligt brengt ze deze luid en duidelijk over.
