Functie eisen | HBO (higher vocational education) diploma in the field of Commerce/ Administration Minimum two year experience within a Customer Service role focussed on Retail Accounts, in an office environment Customer Service experience with at least three years management experience either from within the company or from a similar environment with long lead times and similar supply chain criteria Basic IT literacy (Microsoft Excel essential) Affinity with (sports) fashion / sports branch Knowledge of and feel for sports culture Knowledge of the organisation and its products Fluent Dutch language, knowledge of English language Personal Skills Leadership Teamwork Decisiveness Problem analysis Organisational awareness Flexibility Proactive Written and verbal communication Influencing skills Productivity Aanvullende informatie |
